Now that my site is mostly up and running, I'm ready to start taking registrations for a Battlelore tournament to be played over Vassal. In order to register for the tournament I will need some information for me to contact you, such as:

• aol, icq, or yahoo messenger ID.
  

• e-mail address
  

I hope we get a good turn out. If there are enough players the tournament will start Monday January 22nd. And run till completed.

I'm glad ya'll are interested in the tournament. It's good to see interest when i have only begun to put the feelers out there. With in a day or two i am going to make a real push to get some notice for the tournament. i will post an up date here, at battlelore.com and at battleloremaster.com.  with you three plus some others there is now eight ready to go. enough for one bracket. i won't start the tourney this weekend due to my Pats pending beat down of the Colts (sorry ColtsFan) but like i said i think sometime early next week (Mon?) we will be able to begin the first round. i just hope i can get enough people interested to have two full brackets.

I'm interested. I'm on MSN Messenger (as noted in my profile), but it's compatible with Yahoo (though I think you have to use my email to invite me in).

If there are spots available, I am interested. But there are a couple of limitations that might create problems.

First, because of my work schedule, the only times I will really have a chance to schedule the games are Sundays, Mondays and Tuesdays. Also, my internet connection is dial-up. (I can hear you smirking! ) Will that slow connection make playing via Vassal a problem?

If we can work around those limitations, I would love to play against someone other than my children (who have yet to lose to me!).

If there's still room, count me in.  Not running an IM client though, so hope that's cool.

Thats 14 entries folks. looks like we're going to make the number needed for 2 full brackets of 8 entries each.
There are two more openings available. Everyone who has registered should have received a confirmation email. if you didn't let me know.

Thats it folks, registration is now closed. New entries will not be accepted. If you didn't get in on the tournament, hopefully you have the opportunity to get in on the next.
An opportunity still exists to be an alternate in case something comes up and someone has to back out.
